RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy

You can return an order by clicking Return orders button on the My Orders page.
We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery of the order.
Please ensure while returning, the product and the packaging are in the same condition as it was delivered. There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post. Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode or credit points as per convenience within 5-7 business days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check

Exchange Policy

You can apply for an exchange for your order within 15 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes.
Exchanges can only be done for the same products in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website/app.
If you wish to exchange products from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be sent back to us. Partial returns aren’t accepted. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on the email: info.trippyowl@gmail.com
